CBRE Group, Inc. in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking an energetic Events & Hospitality Host to join the global Workplace Experience team.

You will coordinate and deliver meetings, conferences, and customer visits, ensuring spaces and catering meet the highest standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, own event execution from planning to follow-up, and contribute creative activations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in event operations or similar roles.
• Educational background in events or hospitality; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in events, hospitality, or workplace experience.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Creative, energetic, passionate about delivering experiences.
• Physically active for setup and moving materials.
• Strong MS Office and event/booking systems skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and deliver meetings, conferences, customer visits, and Workplace Experience events.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Take ownership of event execution from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Ensure meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
• Coordinate catering deliveries, room setups, wayfinding, signage, and guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee and visitor experiences through creative event concepts and activations.
• Support Workplace Experience initiatives, community events, seasonal activities, and campus engagement programs.
• Conduct quality checks and proactively resolve operational issues before they impact the customer.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and QHSE procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
