Job summary

Telgea is expanding its Stockholm team and seeking an SDR to fuel growth across Europe. You will find target accounts, tailor outreach, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives, building Telgea's cross-border pipeline.

You’ll run high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video, while also qualifying inbound leads, staying organized, and driving conversations that turn into revenue. Fluency in English is required, and a second language is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally outbound or pipeline-generation.
• Strong communication on the phone and in writing.
• Fluent English; second language is a plus.
• Organised and persistent with follow-up.
• Willing to be the best SDR in the market.
• Comfortable with fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and decision-makers across IT, HR, procurement, and operations.
• Run outbound prospecting at high volume and high quality via calls, emails, LinkedIn, video.
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure opportunities are not missed.
• Book meetings that turn into pipeline and hand off to AEs with context.
• Contribute to shaping the outbound playbook with feedback.
