Job summary

Kanthal is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support and develop its Infor M3-based ways of working across our global units. You will partner with process owners, experts, and IT to translate needs into practical process and system changes, participate in feasibility studies, change initiatives, training, and long-term improvements.

We value hands-on experience in Order-to-Delivery, Manufacturing or Finance, plus ERP familiarity and English skills. Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order-to-Delivery, Manufacturing or Finance
• Solid experience with business processes, ERP systems, or manufacturing environments
• Strong collaboration with global stakeholders and IT teams

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Infor M3 implementations and improve usability while ensuring data quality
• Collaborate with process owners, experts, and super users to ensure compliant and effective processes
• Clarify requirements for change requests to align with IT standards
• Promote clear communication and practical solutions among stakeholders and IT teams
