Job summary

Sungrow is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales team in Greece. You will handle contract and order execution from countersignature to payment, support the Sales and Legal teams, and coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will also communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, payments, and deliveries. The role requires experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, and ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred), with a strong

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or related functions.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred).
Strong understanding of OTC (order-to-cash) processes.
International business knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
Support Sales and Legal Teams in management of sales contracts.
Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, payments, and deliveries.
Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports and sales forecasts.
