Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Global Relationship Manager to lead high-value client relationships in the CPG sector. You will develop GTM strategies, align data-driven promos, and translate executive-level plans into actionable initiatives that deliver growth and client value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Digital teams; mentor a skilled team; and drive transformation via process improvements while maintaining a culture of trust and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with CPG sales orgs and create go-to-market strategies.
• Develop data strategies informing promotional planning and execution.
• Lead development of industry insights capabilities to enhance client value.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in Sales and Operations to build momentum for new deals and ensure successful deal conversion.
• Project manage the resolution of internal cross-functional client issues, driving timely and effective responses.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of trust, respect, and transparency within both the team and client relationships.
• Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs in deductions recovery, building an efficient recovery process.
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase client value, fostering an innovative mindset.
• Translate high-level strategies into executable plans that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage collateral requirements for client meetings, coordinating with key teams such as Sales, Operations, and Digital.
• Perform SWOT analysis, due diligence, and financial assessments to gauge business impact for potential new clients.
• Foster a transformation mindset, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled team, driving growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
