Job summary

Saab seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to help coordinate and develop our operations during an exciting growth phase. You’ll work closely with Product Units and functions such as Procurement and Production, ensuring smooth collaboration and operational excellence.

You will act as a key link between teams and stakeholders, driving structure, processes, and clear communication across international sites to support our growth journey and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, production or coordination.
• Experience working in an international product-centric organization is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and interest in operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and scale operational frameworks across the Business Unit to maximize performance.
• Develop and support continuity and risk planning for multi-site operations.
• Drive global supply chain transformation with Product Units and procurement.
• Align cross-border workflows to create a unified Business Unit ecosystem.
• Provide data-driven KPIs to leadership for long-term capacity planning.
