Job summary

Saab AB seeks a Group Head of Supply Chain & Transport Office to drive capability development and governance across Saab. You will lead the Transport organisation, shaping integrated planning (S&OP/S&OE), and setting common KPIs and frameworks across Business Areas with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate strategic direction into practical, scalable ways of working, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and alignment with Saab's future operating model.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, S&OE and Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and operating models.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide governance for supply chain and transport governance.
• Drive capability development, performance management and continuous improvements.
• Develop common KPIs and governance frameworks across Business Areas.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing and IT to translate strategy into scalable processes.
