Job summary

Saab seeks an Enterprise Content & Knowledge Lead to define and drive how Saab manages, shares and leverages content, knowledge and collaboration across the enterprise. You will guide a transition to knowledge-centric practices and partner across functions, geographies and cultures to establish a sustainable operating model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across a global, decentralised organisation.
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide content/knowledge management strategies in complex environments.
• Experience driving adoption of common ways of working across nations, functions and cultures.
• Understanding of content governance to support discovery, analytics and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Saab's content, knowledge management and collaboration strategy and governance.
• Transition from document-centric to knowledge-driven information management for collaboration, analytics and AI.
• Establish governance models, forums and communities of practice to improve quality, findability and reuse of content and knowledge.
• Align stakeholders to create sustainable operating models across Saab's global organisation.
• Partner with technology teams to shape business requirements while acting as the business owner.
