Job summary

Saab is seeking a Workplace Design & Strategy Specialist to own Saab's workplace strategy, standards and service models across sites. You will collaborate with Business Areas, Group Functions, regional teams and suppliers to translate strategy into scalable, value-adding workplace solutions.

You will combine business insight with workplace design to support productivity, collaboration, security and wellbeing. Regular travel is a natural part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with workplace strategy and design concepts.
• Ability to translate strategic ambitions into practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration across regions and groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Saab's Workplace Strategy, including principles, target states and strategic design directions.
• Advise Business Areas, regional leadership and Property Project organisations on workplace-related priorities and trade-offs.
• Support workplace planning, concept development and decision-making through expert input and structured recommendations.
• Own and develop workplace-related supplier partnerships and agreements in collaboration with Group Procurement.
