Job summary

IPCO is seeking an IT Manager responsible for the Digital Workplace to shape how employees work, collaborate and access digital tools worldwide.

You will own the global Digital Workplace, drive strategy, manage ServiceNow ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with HR, security and Group IT.

The role requires a degree, experience in Digital Workplace and ITSM, English communication, and willingness to travel between Sweden and Germany.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Workplace and ITSM, including service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based workplace services.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and suppliers.
• Degree in Information Systems, IT, CS, or equivalent.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to Fellbach, Germany and Sandviken, Sweden as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive IPCO's global Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap.
• Own and develop the Digital Workplace environment, including Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, software and collaboration tools.
• Own ServiceNow ITSM, the IT Service Portal and Service Desk, from a governance and service management perspective.
• Own IT onboarding and offboarding, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as HR, Internal Communications, Group IT and security functions.
• Manage suppliers, contracts and service performance, including budget and cost optimisation.
• Lead global Digital Workplace projects and transformation initiatives.
