IPCO seeks an IT Manager responsible for Digital Workplace to shape how employees work, collaborate and access tools globally. You will own the Digital Workplace domain and ensure secure, reliable, and effective solutions across the organization.
You will lead strategy, governance, and transformation while coordinating with HR, Communications, and Group IT. Strong English communication and travel to sites are required.
As the IT Manager responsible for Digital Workplace, you will play a key role in shaping how IPCO's employees work, collaborate and access the digital tools they need every day. You will own our global Digital Workplace and ensure it supports the business with secure, reliable and effective solutions.
You will set the direction for the workplace domain while working across a broad range of services, technologies and stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership, broad ownership and regular interaction with stakeholders and users to understand real problems and continuously improve how services are delivered.
You understand that a successful Digital Workplace is about more than technology. You enjoy seeing the bigger picture while also getting into the details when needed, from understanding business needs and long-term direction to working through technical issues and finding practical solutions.
You take ownership, enjoy creating structure in complex environments and are comfortable working with different stakeholders, technologies and external partners. You communicate clearly, build trust and combine a pragmatic approach with a genuine interest in improving how things work.
Joining IPCO means becoming part of a global organisation where you will own our Digital Workplace domain and work closely with Group IT, Internal Communications, HR and external suppliers to shape how our employees work, collaborate and access the tools they need every day.
