IPCO is seeking an IT Manager responsible for the Digital Workplace to shape how employees work, collaborate and access digital tools worldwide.
You will own the global Digital Workplace, drive strategy, manage ServiceNow ITSM, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with HR, security and Group IT.
The role requires a degree, experience in Digital Workplace and ITSM, English communication, and willingness to travel between Sweden and Germany.
As the IT Manager responsible for Digital Workplace, you will play a key role in shaping how IPCO's employees work, collaborate and access the digital tools they need every day. You will own our global Digital Workplace and ensure it supports the business with secure, reliable and effective solutions.
You will set the direction for the workplace domain while working across a broad range of services, technologies and stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership, broad ownership and regular interaction with stakeholders and users to understand real problems and continuously improve how services are delivered.
You understand that a successful Digital Workplace is about more than technology. You enjoy seeing the bigger picture while also getting into the details when needed, from understanding business needs and long-term direction to working through technical issues and finding practical solutions.
You take ownership, enjoy creating structure in complex environments and are comfortable working with different stakeholders, technologies and external partners. You communicate clearly, build trust and combine a pragmatic approach with a genuine interest in improving how things work.
Joining IPCO means becoming part of a global organisation where you will own our Digital Workplace domain and work closely with Group IT, Internal Communications, HR and external suppliers to shape how our employees work, collaborate and access the tools they need every day. This is a unique opportunity to define our Digital Workplace strategy and take full ownership of how it evolves.
