Job summary

ECM Talent Limited seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to join its global Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy team in Sweden. Shape Service Management, the digital workplace and the Microsoft estate across Group IT.

Lead the ServiceNow platform, define target architectures, roadmaps and governance, and present decisions to executive leadership with business cases.

On-site at Stockholm or Malmö with some travel for a 10-month contract, fluent Swedish and English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect in a global organisation.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID).
• ServiceNow and IT Service Management architecture.
• IT governance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive level PowerPoint.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

You would shape the future of Service Management, the digital workplace and the full Microsoft estate across Group IT and its divisions. This is a strategic, highly visible role, acting as a trusted advisor and translating complex technology topics into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

The role

Define target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance for Service Management, Future Workplace and Microsoft

Lead the strategic development of the ServiceNow platform

Drive the direction of M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID and related services

Shape digital employee experience and workplace technologies

Present architecture decisions to executive stakeholders, backed by business cases and operating models

Skills required

5 or more years as an Enterprise Architect in a global organisation

Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID)
