The role focuses on user-centric design, strong stakeholder management, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable digital workplace services across devices and locations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and drive digital workplace strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• User-centric mindset with focus on adoption and value delivery.
• Ability to coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and continuously improve the organization's digital workplace services.
