• Service-oriented attitude with experience from customer service in IT, automotive or recreational vehicle industries.

• Fluent German, good English, and solid technical skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Accepting all incoming customer support requests in Germany and the UK via phone, email or instant messages.
• Answering the support requests directly or coordinate with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to taking our customer support to the next level.
