Ejendals is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leksand and support customers in the DACH region. This role requires fluency in German and English, along with a passion for helping people and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Completed secondary school (or equivalent).
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital business systems.
• Organised, positive, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and enquiries via phone and email.
• Support customers with product information and order-related questions.
• Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Ensure accurate order entry and administration in business systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
