Job summary

Verendus System AB in Sweden is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in Germany and the UK. You will help sustain exceptional service as part of a growing team.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email or chat, coordinate with colleagues when needed, and contribute ideas to elevate our customer support to the next level while representing Verendus and its software for recreational vehicle dealers.

Qualifications

• German language fluency required.
• Experience in customer service, IT-oriented environment preferred.
• Ability to deal with corporate customers and provide problem-solving support.

Responsibilities

• Accept all incoming customer support requests in Germany and the UK via phone, email or instant messages.
• Answer the support requests directly or coordinate with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to taking our customer support to the next level.
