Sono is hiring for a founding GTM role based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will drive net new business across Sweden and the Nordics, build your own pipeline, conduct discovery, and close deals with a growing set of enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Ability to create your own pipeline and engage customers by phone.
• Proven track record of closing deals and hitting quotas.
• Native Swedish with professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Bringing in new business: net new customers across Sweden and Northern Europe.
• Build your own pipeline, run discovery and close deals.
• Influence product and sales approach by direct customer feedback in a small, customer‑facing team.
