Jobgether, a European software company, is seeking a Founding Account Executive based in Sweden to build a scalable sales engine. You will own new business, expand existing accounts, and help shape pricing and go-to-market strategy with the founders.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of B2B software sales, including at least 2 years closing deals.
• Native-level German or German at C2 level, plus strong English.
• Experience independently managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Proven ability to expand existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, targets, and CRM processes.
• Independent, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development and convert inbound leads to opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding teams and modules.
• Own full-cycle sales from discovery to contract.
• Develop sales processes, pipelines, and CRM standards.
• Collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
