Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Sweden to lead a scalable PLG engine for a global cloud technology business. You will own ARR, drive self-service to paid conversion, and partner across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to optimize the customer journey and monetization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer-focused tech business operating with a product-led model.
• Proven ownership of revenue targets, ARR growth, freemium-to-paid conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth strategy and accountability for ARR from self-service to paid, expansion and retention.
• Develop scalable growth programs and set measurable revenue and user acquisition targets across international markets.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate strategy into measurable customer outcomes and growth.
