Job summary

Axel Arigato is seeking Customer Support Agents for our Gothenburg office on flexible on-call contracts (~8 hours per week), including evenings and weekends. You’ll represent the brand across chat, email, and social, resolving orders and answering questions to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

You’ll need strong Swedish and English writing skills, a warm tone, and the ability to stay organized with changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Flexible on-call hours (approx. 8 hours per week) including evenings and weekends.
• Strong written Swedish and English.
• Confident representing a brand people care about.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests in Zendesk and across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, X) and email.
• Maintain a calm, warm, and professional tone with every customer.
• Stay current on our products to ensure accurate answers.
• Monitor order flows and step in early if delivery looks at risk.
• Guide customers to self-service options when faster.
• Gather necessary details from customers and escalate to the right team.
• Log contact reasons and customer feedback for patterns.
• Track daily KPIs and perform routine queue-management tasks.
