Job summary

Axel Arigato in Gothenburg is seeking Customer Support Agents for flexible on-call contracts (~8 hours/week), including evenings and weekends. You’ll be the voice of Axel Arigato across chat, email and social, handling orders and answering questions customers care about.

We want proactive communicators who write well in Swedish and English, stay calm under pressure, and can collaborate across teams. This is an ideal flexible role for students, freelancers, or anyone balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests in Zendesk and across social channels.

• Guide customers to self-service options when faster.
• Gather required information, escalate to the right team, and follow up.
• Log contact reasons and feedback, share patterns with teams.
• Track daily KPIs and perform routine admin to keep the queue moving.

We're looking for Customer Support Agents to join our team at our Gothenburg office on flexible on-call contracts of approximately 8 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. The estimated start date is October. You will be the voice of Axel Arigato across chat, email, and social, sorting out orders and answering the questions our customers care about. Our ambition is to optimize the end‑to‑end customer journey and to be seen as proactive rather than reactive in everything we do. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role suits someone who has a flexible schedule and is looking for extra hours that fit around it. You write well, you think before you reply, and you problem-solve with a warm tone. Shifts run across days, evenings, and weekends, and they change with business needs, so you are organized and reliable about your own availability. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle customer requests in Zendesk and across Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
• Keep a calm, warm, and professional tone with every customer, on every channel.
• Stay current on our products and services so the answers you give are accurate.
• Monitor order flows and step in early when a delivery looks like it will go wrong.
• Point customers toward our self-service options when they are the faster route.
• Gather what you need from the customer, elevate to the right team, and follow up until it is closed.
• Log reasons for contact and customer feedback, and share the patterns with the teams who can act on them.
• Track your daily KPIs and handle the routine admin that keeps the queue moving.

• Studying, freelancing, or building something of your own, and looking for extra hours alongside it.
• Clear, quick, and accurate in written Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).
