Formación

• Experience in SaaS or similar customer-centric environments.
• Ability to onboard customers and provide ongoing support.
• Strong communication skills to convey product value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer experience after a contract is signed.
• Onboard new customers and ensure they get started properly.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and support.
• Follow up on usage and customer satisfaction.
• Help customers get more value from Zynca.
• Own renewals and reduce the risk of churn.
• Collect customer feedback for product improvement.
• Build necessary routines and processes for scaling.
