Qualifications

• Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is highly beneficial.
• Fluent in Swedish and Finnish; strong English skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the implementation of our HR system.
• Onboard and educate customers in using the system.
• Keep our knowledge base up to date for customers.
• Manage the support chat and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain relationships while keeping a high level service.
