Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Sweden to drive client adoption, demonstrate value, and ensure lasting success for our ecommerce clients.

In this role you will manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams to exceed expectations, and advocate for clients' needs. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with additional languages a plus. 3+ years in a CS or ecommerce/marketing role is preferred.
