Job summary

Hailey HR is a Swedish SaaS HR-tech company seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help customers get the most out of our HR system. This entry-level position offers growth into HR project management as you become an expert and advocate for our platform.

You will work closely with customers, schedule meetings, onboard new users, and maintain relationships with a high level of service. Start date is 26th of October 2026, with scope at 100% and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated HR student with a post-secondary degree in HR (or equivalent).
• Experience within HR during studies is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (speech and writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Leading customers through the implementation of our HR system.
• Onboarding and educating customers in using the system.
• Keeping our knowledge base up to date for customers.
• Managing the support chat and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Maintaining relationships while keeping a high level of service.
