Job summary

Irving Knight Group is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to cover the South of Sweden and Denmark, ideally located near Malmö or Copenhagen. The role focuses on expanding OEM/ODM/EMS relationships, driving sales across aerospace, military, datacom, and robotics, and collaborating with R&D, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.

Responsibilities include managing leads, projects, and the design-in process from concept to mass production, with travel required up to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interconnect, passive, electromechanical and/or semiconductors.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish.
• Ability to travel 3 days a week with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing OEM, ODM, EMS and distribution relationships in the region.
• Acquire new customers and drive sales across Aerospace, Military Industrial, Datacom, and Robotics.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Production teams.
• Register and follow-up sales leads, projects, and customer visits.
• Manage projects from initial lead through to mass production.
• Lead the design-in process from start to finish.

Irving Knight are partnered with a leading manufacturer of interconnect solutions looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer to join their growing team and cover the South of Sweden & Denmark

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand existing OEM, ODM, EMS and distribution relationships in the region while acquiring new customers
• Drive sales across Aerospace, Military Industrial, Datacom, and Robotics industries
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Production departments
• Register and follow-up sales leads, projects, and customer visits
• Manage projects from initial customer lead through to mass production
• Manage the design-in process from start to finish

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering prefered
• Strong knowledge of interconnect, passive, electromechanical and/or semiconductors
• Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish
• Ability to travel 3 days a week - valid drivers license
