Job summary

Texas Instruments’ FAST Development Program in Poland offers a 12-month, rotation-based path for aspiring Field Applications Engineers. You will rotate through Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM experiences, plus a three-week Headquarters Experience in Dallas, TX.

You will learn to analyze technical trade-offs, design-systems solutions, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive TI content and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Fluent in local language and English
• Basic understanding of schematics and digital components
• Knowledge of analog circuitry (op-amps, DC/DC, data converters)
• Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations across Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM to build field engineering and sales skills
• Collaborate with customers to propose system-level TI solutions and understand design needs
• Learn business acumen and technical processes for new product definitions and introductions
