Job summary

Texas Instruments invites you to join its FAST program in Sweden as a Field Applications Engineer track. This 12-month experience combines hands-on training with three rotations: Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM, plus an international headquarters experience in Dallas to develop technical and business acumen.

Upon completion, rotators join TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team as FAEs. The program emphasizes customer-facing problem solving, design support, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in local language and English, both written and oral communication skills.
• Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components.
• Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.).
• Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales teams by understanding customer design challenges and proposing system-level TI solutions.
• Develop and present technical proposals that address customers' design needs and optimize TI content.
• Collaborate with design engineers and customers to influence component selection and ensure successful product integration.
