Hitachi Energy Sweden AB invites you to a Technical Sales Program—an 18–24 month journey across engineering before moving into Marketing and Sales roles such as territory sales manager or technical marketing specialist.

You will start in the engineering department for on-load tap‑changers to gain product knowledge, then develop skills in type testing, product care, and sales support, with opportunities for international assignments.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, Energy systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar with commercial interest.
• Good communication skills; fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Engaged, determined and service-minded; able to work independently and in a team.
• Curious with drive to challenge yourself for continuous development.
• Genuine interest in making the future of energy more sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through engineering and sales experiences across tap changers and bushings.
• Develop technical sales support and prepare commercial offers, translating customer requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with other functions and maintain relationships with external partners and customers.
• Work with dedicated markets to generate new business and be the first choice for customers.
• Possibility of short-term assignments abroad to gain hands-on experience.
