Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager in Stockholm to lead and coordinate facilities services across client sites. You will manage hard and soft services, ensure KPI delivery, and collaborate with site leadership, contractors and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a proven FM background in a large commercial environment, strong communication in English and Swedish, and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a facilities management role within a large commercial organization.
• Fluency in local language and English.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facilities service per contract scope.
• Coordinate hard and soft services across client sites.
• Lead a FM team and liaise with architects, landlords, and vendors.
• Ensure KPI and SLA delivery and maintain safety and compliance.
