Job summary

CBRE Sweden is hiring an Events & Hospitality Host to coordinate meetings, conferences, and Workplace Experience events for a global client at our Stockholm-area HQ. You will manage hospitality services, VIP visits, catering coordination, and activations, delivering high standards daily.

The role emphasizes creativity, organization, and customer focus with opportunities to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of event operations experience or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, host and deliver meetings, conferences, customer visits, and Workplace Experience events.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Take ownership of event execution from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Ensure meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas are prepared to the highest standard.
• Coordinate catering deliveries, room setups, wayfinding, signage, and guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee and visitor experiences through creative event concepts.
• Support Workplace Experience initiatives and campus engagement programs.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues before they impact the customer.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and QHSE procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
