Job summary

Senior Material Europe is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic key accounts and drive growth of our functional membrane business across Europe. You will own major customer relationships, identify opportunities and coordinate with technical and commercial teams.

You will manage long-term sales cycles, develop commercial strategies, lead negotiations, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with R&D, production and supply chain to translate customer needs into

Qualifications

4–5 years in B2B technical sales or key account management.
Experience growing strategic industrial accounts in Europe.
Experience managing long-term B2B sales cycles.
Strong commercial judgement and contract negotiations.
Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and expand strategic key accounts across Europe.
Lead account planning and develop commercial strategies for priority customers.
Lead commercial negotiations and support framework agreements and MoUs.
Coordinate with R&D, production, operations and supply chain to translate customer requirements.
Provide market and competitor insights to management and contribute to European sales strategy.
Mentor junior sales colleagues in customer strategy and market practices.
