Nederman Holding AB is seeking an ERP Global Lead to spearhead ERP implementation and transformation efforts within its supply chain. This role involves driving ERP rollouts and ensuring solution quality in a modern workplace located in Helsingborg.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in supply chain management and ERP systems. Enjoy a key role in strategic global transformations and opportunities for continuous development.

Formación

• Experience within supply chain (procurement, planning, manufacturing, or logistics).
• Experience working with ERP systems (IFS preferred or other relevant systems).
• Experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive ERP rollouts from analysis to go-live.
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Own the module backlog together with business leads.
• Facilitate workshops and plan work in a structured way.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness.

Conocimientos

Supply chain experience

ERP systems knowledge (IFS preferred)

Workshop facilitation

Strong communication skills in English and Swedish

What you will do

• Drive ERP rollouts from analysis to go-live
• Design and configure ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Own the module backlog together with business leads
• Facilitate workshops and plan work in a structured way
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness
• Drive documentation, training, and super‑user enablement
• Act as a change leader towards global processes

Qualifications

• Experience within supply chain (procurement, planning, manufacturing or logistics)
• Experience working with ERP systems (IFS preferred, others relevant)
• Experience from ERP implementations or transformation projects
• Experience facilitating workshops and planning work
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
