Elekta is seeking a Group Business Controller to lead group-wide planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with regions, business lines and the finance community to strengthen reporting quality and drive cost awareness across the Group.

The role emphasizes finance business partnering with senior stakeholders, delivering concise insights for the Board, and supporting a reliable monthly close. English and Swedish fluency is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate group budget and forecast cycles with consolidation.
• Analyze financial performance and key revenue, margin, expense and cash drivers.
• Lead performance reviews with regions and track progress.
• Prepare concise reports and decision material for senior management.
• Develop group performance measures and reporting definitions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on costs, risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly close and external reporting.
• Improve BI data quality and reporting processes with IT.
