Job summary

Bershaw in Sweden seeks a Site Controller who partners with the Plant Director, Regional Sales, and Key Account Management to direct accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. The incumbent also develops and maintains planning and budgeting systems, preparing management reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, audits, and ensure compliance with local requirements, driving liquidity and accuracy using the ERP system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 7 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication in English and the local language.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the country’s finance and accounting laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages timely generation and submission of AP and monthly financial reports for Plant Management and CFO.
• Ensures finance and accounting compliance with local statutory requirements and policies.
• Develops financial plans using CAPEX valuation tools for strategic investments.
• Manages and leads financial external and internal audits.
• Updates and reviews the completeness of the financial plan and budgets.
• Analyzes overall financial results and reports deviations to functional heads.
• Prepares reports summarizing income, expenses, and earnings for management.
• Manages site liquidity through net working capital and day‑to‑day accounting.
