Job summary

ABB Process Industries Sweden is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a trusted financial partner for local business managers. You will lead end‑to‑end controlling for the Mining & Materials line, driving profitability and value creation through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.

You will participate in monthly closings, forecasting, and planning, analyze deviations and KPIs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP; strong collaboration and business‑partnering skills; fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial follow‑up and analysis for local divisions.
• Act as Business Controller responsible for project, business controlling and profitability.
• Participate in monthly closings, forecasting, and planning.
• Analyze deviations, trends, and KPIs; provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Drive implementation of global standards and financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and target follow‑up.
• Be part of the business unit management team defining strategy and targets.
