Job summary

Fortum Sweden is seeking a Sales & Development Manager to build the sales pipeline for Energy as a Service in Sweden. You will originate opportunities, manage industrial clients, and drive deals in metals, mining, chemicals, and district heating.

You will join a growing team with an entrepreneurial spirit, traveling across Sweden to foster long-term energy partnerships for our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with industrial clients.
• Background in energy, metals, mining or district heating is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong influencing skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across Sweden.
• Native Swedish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Originate opportunities and identify leads in target segments.
• Build and convert sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals with support from the project developers.
• Support our business development team to create commercial models and offerings.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
