Job summary

Munters, a global leader in climate solutions, seeks an experienced Total Rewards Manager EMEA to join its Global Total Rewards team. You will lead the regional Total Rewards agenda across EMEA, partnering with P&C teams and business leaders to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive, compliant and aligned with Munters' framework.

Qualifications

Extensive international Total Rewards experience across multiple EMER markets.
Experience leading regional compensation processes and salary structures.
Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into practical recommendations.
Advanced Excel and HR analytics tools experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and P&C teams, providing analyses and practical recommendations on Total Rewards matters.
Lead the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, with cross-functional collaboration.
Provide regional oversight of employee benefits, benchmarking and governance alignment with global principles.
Lead regional compensation processes, including salary reviews and market benchmarking.
Support executive remuneration processes and disclosures, governance, and reporting for annual reports and AGM.
Support development and governance of the Munters Job Framework and job evaluation processes.
Contribute to global Total Rewards initiatives and drive improvements in processes, systems, reporting, governance and communication.
