Job summary

Munters' Data Center Technologies division is seeking a Business Development & PMO Manager to drive strategic initiatives from analysis to execution and value realization. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across DCT and Munters Group to translate plans into measurable actions.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, including business cases, governance, and involvement in partnerships and potential acquisitions. Travel up to ~15% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute the business area strategy with cross-functional alignment.
• Identify, scope, plan, and deliver strategic projects and programs.
• Evaluate potential partnerships or acquisition targets and assess fit.
• Support corporate partnering efforts and due diligence coordination.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, sales and finance to realize value.
• Develop business cases and maintain governance across initiatives.
• Support Munters Group-wide initiatives impacting DCT.
• Track delivery, risks and value realization for leadership.
