Axis Communications is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for the EMEA region. This six-month role based in Lund, Sweden, offers a flexible option to work from home one day per week.

You will run full-cycle recruitment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR colleagues. You will source, assess, and market candidates, while driving improvement projects within recruitment and strengthening Axis employer branding across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Ability to run end-to-end recruitment across EMEA.
• Competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate potential.
• Strong cross-cultural communication across diverse regions.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects across EMEA with a structured approach.
• Source talent via job boards, networks and referrals, deliver a great candidate experience.
• Partner with regional HR teams and hiring managers to meet headcount targets and upskill managers.
