Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to run full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from our Lund HQ, with the option to work from home one day per week.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR, source talent through networks, evaluate candidates with competency-based interviews, and lead regional recruitment projects. This role supports growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
• Strong cross-cultural communication across regions.
• Technical agility with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Project management of multiple openings with quality and speed.
• Proficient English; additional EMEA language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Europe, MEA, and Africa across business units.
• Source talent via job boards, networks, and referrals; manage candidate experience.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet headcount targets.
• Coach hiring managers on structured recruitment processes.
• Drive improvements in recruitment projects and processes.
