Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to run full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from our Lund HQ, with the option to work from home one day per week.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR, source talent through networks, evaluate candidates with competency-based interviews, and lead regional recruitment projects. This role supports growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Do you love matching great people with great opportunities? As one of our Recruitment Specialists, you will run recruitment from start to finish across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike, playing an essential part in Axis’ continuous growth journey.

Job Title

Recruitment Specialist - EMEA

This is a six-month temporary role with the possibility of extension. The position is based at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden, with the option to work from home one day a week.

What You'll Do As Recruitment Specialist

Most of your time is dedicated to running full-cycle recruitment for hiring managers and HR colleagues across your assigned business units in EMEA. This is done in a virtual setting on Teams. You act as their trusted recruitment partner, trainer, and hands‑on advisor - covering sourcing, assessment, and recruitment marketing, while also serving as lead recruiter for the Middle East and Africa region. The remainder of your time focuses on improvement projects within the recruitment space.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment projects in alignment with our structured recruitment approach.
• Proactively sourcing talent through job boards, digital channels, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Delivering a great candidate experience at every touchpoint to strengthen the Axis employer brand across EMEA.
• Partnering closely with regional HR teams and hiring managers to enable us to hit our headcount.
• Upskilling hiring managers within your business units to champion our structured recruitment process.

• Structured recruitment execution: Ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes utilizing our recruitment process and approach.
• Competency-based assessment: Skill in conducting objective, competency-based interviews to accurately evaluate candidate potential.
• Cross-cultural communication: Capability in building international relationships and navigating diverse cultural landscapes with ease.
• Technical agility: Proficiency in leveraging modern recruitment systems, applicant tracking technologies, and digital sourcing tools.
• Project management: Demonstrated ability to drive fast-paced recruitment projects forward independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Language fluency (Primary): Professional working proficiency in English.
• Language fluency (Secondary): Professional working proficiency in at least one additional EMEA‑relevant language (such as Arabic, Spanish, German, French, or Swedish).

It’s a bonus if you have: Multilingual versatility: Proficiency in a third EMEA‑relevant language from the list above.
