Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Solutions Engineer EMEA – AI & Analytics to join the Engineering, Training & Portfolio Strategy team. This hybrid role can be based at any Axis EMEA office, with travel across the region to engage customers and partners, supporting AI and analytics initiatives from discovery to deployment.

You will translate complex capabilities into clear customer value, develop enablement content, and collaborate with Product Management and R&D to shape roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI or analytics to video, sensors, IoT, or operational environments.
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and content creation skills.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Bridge AI and analytics capabilities between customers and sales teams.
• Translate complex tech into practical value across edge analytics, AI detection, dashboards, and BI.
• Create reusable enablement content: presentations, demonstrations, training materials.
• Travel regularly across EMEA for customer visits and enablement activities.
• Support product launches by providing market feedback and field readiness.
