Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Manager of Sales Engineering & Training for the Nordics. You lead a team of about 10 Sales Engineers and Trainers across four countries, providing technical pre-sales support and coordinating Axis Academy courses for partners and customers in the Nordic region.

As a hands-on leader, you coach and develop your team, collaborate with the local sales organization, and engage with key partners on complex opportunities. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing people with an engineering background in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Familiarity with hardware, networking or IP-based technologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers and Trainers across the Nordics.
• Plan and shape the future direction of sales engineering and training.
• Oversee Axis Academy courses for partners and customers in Nordic region.
• Provide technical pre-sales support and engage with key partners and customers.
• Collaborate with other Axis departments on events and projects.
