Job summary

SOTI is seeking an IT Operations Lead (EMEA) to direct IT Operations and Service Desk across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will drive operational excellence, oversee regional support teams, and coordinate IT provisioning with vendors while aligning with global IT strategy.

You will manage Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and security controls, enabling reliable, compliant services for users in Gothenburg and Galway. This is a hybrid role with collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience leading support teams or IT operations projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT Operations and Service Desk for the EMEA region.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure SLA adherence.
• Mentor Service Desk staff and act as escalation point.
• Deliver IT projects and optimize IT processes and security.
