Job summary

Electrolux Group in Stockholm is seeking a Head of Technology Operations & Service Management for EMEA & APAC to ensure platform reliability, security, and efficiency across regions. Reporting to the Regional CIO, you will coordinate regional and global teams to keep services business-ready and resilient.

You will lead operational excellence, drive service management practices, and build a high-performing regional operations organization with focus on continuity and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex application and service operations.
• Experience managing large operational organizations in multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance, service quality, and technology reliability across EMEA and APAC.
• Drive regional service management, including incident, problem, change, and service performance management.
• Ensure successful transition of new applications into regional operations.
• Act as the primary interface between regional stakeholders and Global Service Delivery organizations.
• Monitor service health, operational KPIs, and business service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and regional operational cost optimization.
• Manage regional service providers and operational partners to ensure delivery against agreed commitments.
• Ensure operational readiness, resilience, and recovery capabilities for business-critical services.
• Support regional compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity requirements in collaboration with relevant Group functions.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional operations and service management organization.
