Job summary

SOTI Ireland Ltd, Filial Sverige is seeking an IT Operations Lead (EMEA) to drive reliable, secure IT services across the EMEA region and to oversee the Service Desk. The role involves providing technical leadership, acting as a senior escalation point, and coordinating with global teams for continuous improvement.

You will work with Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Azure, and Windows environments, manage vendor relationships, and lead IT projects while ensuring security and end-user

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT and end users in a corporate environment.
• Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or IT Operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading support teams and managing technical projects.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, DNS/DHCP, VPN.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT Operations and Service Desk activities across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Service Desk team members.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Drive service excellence through process improvements and IT controls.
