Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting in Gothenburg is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own the entire IT environment on an initial 6-month contract. You will shape the IT roadmap while remaining involved in day-to-day operations, infrastructure and troubleshooting as needed.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure, plus networking, security, budgets and vendor relationships, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery to keep the business secure and agile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an IT Manager or Head of IT, IT Operations Manager or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge including networking, firewalls, VPNs and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the company's IT environment across cloud, infrastructure, endpoints and workplace technology.
• Managing and improving Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure environments.
• Overseeing networks, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi and office infrastructure.
• Managing external IT suppliers, MSPs and technology vendors.
• Driving IT security, governance and compliance initiatives.
• Managing budgets, procurement, software licensing and technology investments.
• Developing IT policies, standards and long-term roadmaps.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters across the business.
