Job summary
RELEX Solutions seeks an End User Services Lead to drive IT operations, asset management, and workplace automation across our Nordic-Asia footprint. You will lead a team, reduce manual work via automation, and enhance self-service through Entra, SSO, and SCIM.
You will manage Microsoft 365/Intune, endpoint management, and service delivery through Jira/JSM, with KPI‑driven service catalog ownership. Strong English required; Helsinki or Stockholm location.
Qualifications
- Senior, hands-on IT engineering experience with Microsoft Entra, SSO and SCIM provisioning.
- Experience configuring Jira Service Management for a service desk.
- Automation mindset with scripting and Jira automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead End User Services – IT Technical Operations and IT Asset Management & Workplace.
- Automate repetitive manual work by documenting and automating it.
- Automate standard access and provisioning through Entra, SSO, and SCIM; grow the Access Portal for self‑service.
- Cut manual ticket volume at the front line through automation, in partnership with AI teams.
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management; manage service delivery via Jira and JSM.
- Own the End User Services entry in our service catalogue with defined KPIs and SLAs.
